Under 11 Cricket Festival 2018
We enjoyed a sunny evening for the HX7 Cricket Festival which we won by beating Calder Primary and Scout Road (a very close game - only 6 runs deciding it) which took us into a final match against Hebden Royd School. We won the final which qualified us to compete in the Calderdale Finals on 15th June. Unfortunately, this was an inset day and some of our players were committed to a day out with their families so we had no choice but to concede our place. Special mention must go to Freddie who hit many sixes on the night and as our regular 'club' cricketer - he plays for Booth - he gave us the winning edge.
Congratulations to the whole team on what was a fabulous all-round solid performance.
