Lesson 3 - I understand that some changes can be difficult, but that there are things we can do to cope.
We have all had some sort of change in our life and some are easier to deal with than others. Have a look at the slides below and talk about the big question.
Activity
Have a look at the pictures in Spot the Link. Can you work out what they all have in common?
Some changes can be exciting but others can be unexpected and unwanted, it can often be difficult to know how to cope. Have a look through the following slides to find some coping strategies.
