I have added some ideas for PE. There are lots of useful websites here so please take a look at them & find activities that you enjoy. Ideally, you need to aim for 2 x 30 minutes of activity / day. Obviously, walks with the family (following government guidelines) can be included in this. Try to raise your heart-rate at some point in each day. Mrs Vile
