Message from Mrs Vile:

I have added some ideas for PE to our sports page (follow the link below to get there). There are lots of useful websites here so please take a look at them & find activities that your children might enjoy. Ideally, aim for 2 x 30 minutes of activity / day. Obviously, walks with the family (following government guidelines) can be included in this. Try to raise your child's heart-rate at some point in each day. Thank you, Mrs Vile
