LO: To give reasons for and against Rose climbing through the tunnel.
This morning, start by listening to me read the story below, 'The Tunnel' by Anthony Browne.

Activity 1:
The writer uses the word “frightened” to describe how Rose feels. Take a minute to think of your own word to describe how Rose is feeling.
Activity 2:
Draw a line down a piece of paper or fold it in half. On one side, give reasons why Rose should follow Jack into the tunnel and on the other, why she should not.
