Home Learning Options For Mathematics

If you need maths activities to do (maybe because your teacher has not been well enough to set a bespoke programme this week or perhaps only you are away from class), please work through these options:
Log into MyMaths at school level (as you do in school for your MyMaths sessions). Scroll through the menu on the right until you locate Booster Packs.
From there you can choose from:
Year 6 Booster or Key Stage 2 SATs Practice.
There is plenty here to keep you going!
Look at the image below to help you find your way on the MyMaths website.
EXTRA options if you need them!

The links below take you to the NCETM's (National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics) video lessons. There are multiple short video lessons via each link. You should work through them at your own pace. Keep a pencil and paper handy so you can pause the video and participate.

The link below takes you to Oak National Academy - the government recommended website for home learning resources. This link should direct you to mathematics lesson on our current topic. Try these if you need extra practice.

These lessons are only if you want to do something extra in addition to other work set. They provide excellent consolidation of key concepts. Should you require further practice having watched all the video lessons, log into MyMaths (there's a link on the previous web page) and select lessons on those topics where you feel you need extra practice (for instance: statistics, geometry or algebra).
